13 shots of vodka is pretty heavy, especialy for a young woman. Once you work up the nerve to do that again (trust me you will) be sure to have food in your stomach and drink water with it. Same goes for the hangover in the morning, eat a good breakfast (banana pancakes with a bloody mary is perfect) and plenty of water. Coffee won't sober you up, but the caffeine clears your head a bit.
Also, if that was your first time, don't expect your tolerance to be thae same the second time. I have no idea why, but the first time seems to take more. Be sure to pace yourself, walk around every few shots to see how you're doing (you always feel more sober while sitting), and don't push yourself. No one can tell you your limits, you have to learn first hand.
