Does anyone have any diet menus?

I have very little time to plan menus, and my doctor recommended 1,100 calories a day.

    Do a Google search for diet recipes or you could buy some cookbooks. Weight Watchers has lots of cookbooks that cater to your needs, like 30 minutes or less, or simple recipes, etc.

    If you don't have to cook for anyone else, how about Lean Cuisines for one meal a day?
