How to bake Famous Amos cookies!?

those cookies are amazing!! i can't stop buying them evrytime i go to a shopping mall... and most of the time i spend my money on those cookies instead of buying clothes n stuff... i really wish i could bake them..

.. and so i thought y not ask yahoo answers? hehe.. surely there are a few people that know how to bake them, those working there maybe? who knows... just gimme them recipe!! i wont take no for an answer!!! ... pls? :)

    FAMOUS AMOS COOKIES

    1 c. butter (softened)

    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

    3/4 c. granulated sugar

    1 tsp. vanilla

    2 eggs

    2 1/2 c. flour

    1 tsp. baking soda

    1/2 tsp. salt

    2 c. raisins

    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

    Bet butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar with mixer at high speed until creamy. Add vanilla, eggs; blend thoroughly. By hand stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed. Stir in raisins and chocolate pieces; spoon dough by teaspoon 1 1/2 inches apart to allow to spread. Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Yield: 6 dozen.

    FAMOUS AMOS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

    1 c. butter, softened

    3/4 c. packed brown sugar

    3/4 c. granulated sugar

    1 tsp. vanilla

    2 med. eggs

    2-3 1/2 c. flour

    1 tsp. baking soda

    1/2 tsp. salt

    2 c. macadamia nuts

    12 oz. chocolate chips

    Mix together. Add flour, soda, salt, nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

    Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Ingredients:

    3/4 pound Butter or margarine

    3/4 cup Crisco or corn oil

    1 1/2 cup Brown sugar -- packed

    2 cups Sugar

    2 Eggs

    1 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

    3/4 teaspoon Baking powder

    1/4 teaspoon Salt

    1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

    4 cups Flour

    7 ounces Flaked coconut

    1 package semi-sweet chocolate chip -- (12 ounces)

    6 ounces Pecans -- broken

    Directions:

    Combine as listed and shape into 2" balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375~ for 15 minutes. Transfer at once from baking sheets to paper toweling to cool. These freeze well either before or after baked.

    NGREDIENTS

    * 1 cup white sugar

    * 1 cup packed light brown sugar

    * 1 cup butter

    * 1 cup vegetable oil

    * 1 egg

    * 1 tablespoon milk

    * 4 cups all-purpose flour

    * 1 teaspoon salt

    * 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

    * 1 teaspoon baking soda

    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    * 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    * 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Thoroughly cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg, milk and vanilla.

    2. Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips.

    3. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8-12 minutes. (Cookies are light in color when done.)
