Sound like you're not bias (government lying, unconstitutional manner, dishonorable government, larger employers breaking the law, etc).
Anyway, to your question. The courts are the mechanism to enforce the law. The LEGAL mechanism. I can hear your rants right now if the MILITARY was to enforce these laws-----"The military is taking over the country. It's martial law!".
Hey. Bruce b, calm down------like you said, there are laws. When I got out of the service in 1975, I got my old job back. Guess what, if you don't get your job back, you get an attorney. Some will do it pro bono. Others you have to pay, but you get the employer to pay it when you win. If you read the law (and I'm sure you can find it on the internet) it probably tells you what steps to follow to get your job back if the employer won't give it to you. If CNN is so concerned about these vets, maybe they should have found the law and told them what to do.
As for CNN, you can always find a few cases of something wrong happening, and then blow it all out of peoportion. That's probably what happened with CNN.
