windows startup?

what do i need to type in the run box, to bring up windows start up menu to change the way my computer starts up

    Here is how you bring up the startup processes and programs.

    1. Open your Start menu.

    2. Click Run

    3. In the command screen type "msconfig.exe"

    4. In the "system configuration utility",

    click either "service" or "startup" tab

    5. Uncheck all programs that your are no longer using.

    6. Click "OK"

    msconfig and then go to the Startup tab to see what is running when the machine boots up after logging into Windows.
