Try this...it's a recipe for the white fudge.
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, sour cream and milk, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, 9 to 10 minutes to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Cool to lukewarm. Beat until it loses gloss. Cut while warm.
Peanut Butter Fudge: Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
Chocolate Fudge: Add 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa to white fudge.
