They are on 365, chapter 366 is the next release, for August 16th.

Both the Manga and the Anime are released every Thursday unless there is a holiday in Japan or some sort of special release. Like this last thursday there was no release of the manga chapter, supposedly it's because they had a double issue the week before, although I didn't notice longer chapters... So unless there is anther holiday of some kind it should be released on thursday, August 16th. sometime after 7:30 pm. So you can read/download it on thursday and some places won't have it until friday or later.

chapters are normally released once a week unless something is happening i japan it should be a chapter a week i usually download all the anime and mangas that im in to right now on fridays so i can do it all at once
