Every one of yours is right except for the AFC East and AFC South. The Jaguars have a great team, but are far too inconsistent at Quarterback and they have very few playmakers at Wide Receiver. Even though Indianapolis lost a lot of defensive players, they still have the offense to carry them to 10-12 wins, which is more than what Jacksonville will be able to muster until their QB dilemma is settled.
The AFC East, although the Jets are a really good team, the Patriots are too loaded to let it slip. The overhaul of receivers and the defense will be the main reason why their favorites to win the Superbowl. Even though their not complete players, Brady and Belichick have every type of receiver to game plan with in order to maximize the offense (Speed: Moss and Stallworth, Possesion: Welker, Caldwell and Gaffney, etc..) Adalius Thomas is abeast and the perfect player for Belichicks unique packages and formations, I wouldn't be surprised if he wins Defensive Player of the Year.
Good guesses though.
