These are porn links, and do lead to hard-core porn sites. They aren't just popup ads, they are often spyware that turn into browser hijackers. They are NOT viruses, so while running your antivirus is maybe a good thing, it won't remove this.
First make sure you haven't done this by surfing sites you shouldn't have! Check your Add/Remove Programs in the
Control Panel and if you find adultfriendfinder, or anything else that you just don't recognize, uninstall it and restart the computer.
Download and install antispyware, and use it - daily if you are on the internet that often, or at least weekly. They will keep your computer free of a lot of junk. You can get SpyBot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware both free from download.com.
Get Google's toolbar and popup blocker to block unwanted ads. And on some of Yahoo wiggling ads, right click and remove the checkmark by either Loop or Play. It will temporarily stop the frantic antics.
