does anyone know how to replace a 1993 toyota 4-runner air cond. belt?

    start with the bottom pulley work to the left going over or under til you get it all on if you get to a place where it dont look like then back up one pulley its not that hard you can do it... not knowing what kind of asjustments should bespring loaded tenion or a slide type adjuster... is the way i learn start at the bottom work left

    Depends if you have a 4 cly or V6. On most 4 cyls the a/c and alternator belt is shared. There you remove the alternator lock bolt, pivot it, and take the belt off. With most V6 engines the a/c compressor has its own belt. There you would have an idler pulley. Again, with the pulley, loosen the lock nut, pivot it, and remove the belt.

    Install is the reverse.
