This is a fun and easy recipe for kids.
Crescent Roll Pizzas
2 cans crescent rolls
1 jar pizza sauce
1 package shredded mozzerella cheese
Choice of favorite toppings:
sliced pepperoni, cooked hamburger, sliced mushrooms, sliced peppers, diced ham, etc.
Open the cans of rolls and separate into triangles. Press the triangles into two pizza pans to form crusts. (Can use a 13x9 pan.) Bake at recommended temperature, but for only half the time.
Spread pizza sauce on the crusts, add favorite toppings, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until the cheese is bubbly.
For a sweet pizza, bake the crust until golden brown. Top the cooled crust with cream cheese to which you've added 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Spread with strawberry pie filling or strawberry glaze. Top with pieces of pineapple and sprinkle with coconut to simulate cheese.
