我想問Ballet Intermediate Foundation 0既考試範圍<急>

我今年10月會考IF,想知道考試範圍除0左要跳一隻dance之外,仲要考0的乜0野?(即扶bar and centre 0既動作同jump)

因為我遲學ballet,今次係我第一次考試,想知多0的,所以我想知道個詳細0既考試範圍同情況,請各位幫幫忙!

同埋我想問考IF有無0的咩秘訣ga?有邊0的地方係特別需要留意ga?

通常0的考官係會睇0的乜ga?

仲有我想問轉圈點先可以轉得好0的?on pointe要點先會穩陣0的?企5th點先可以cross多0的?有0的咩方法可以練到?

有噤多0野問,真係唔好意思,不是我真係迫切想知道,所以唔該大家盡力幫幫手啦!

    Barre Work (For Warm-up) EXAMINNER 會PICK 當中某些 EXERCISES﹐Plies, Tendu, Fondu, Grand Battements一定走唔開。

    Centre (分不同SECTIONS計分) 10 範圍

    Port de Port

    Centre Practice

    Pirouettes

    Adage

    Allegro

    Performance

    Pointe - Technique

    Dance - Technique

    Dance - Performance

    Music

    我 TEACHER 係RAD EXAMINER。。。我地知到考試點MARKING~

    所以我地平時已經要好PAY ATTENTION TO 呢D重點﹗

    RAD EXAMINER 考官係會睇:

    e.g.

    Grands ronds de jambe en l'air 要 KEEP 著同一HEIGHT﹐不要前高後低﹗

    Developpes 時要 LIFT YOUR KNEE UP﹐TURN OUT & PUSH HEEL FORWARD﹐ TOES DOWN﹗

    Turn out 由HIP位 同 INNER THIGH 向外轉﹐不要用KNEE﹐ 不要用錯力﹗

    CORRECT ARM & LEG LINE

    Pay attention to your posture, stance, weight placement! 好重要﹗

    These elements are very very important in RAD ballet!

    Correct counting will improve your musicality marks.

    佔分唔少啊﹗最好唔好失呢D分﹗

    In order ot get higher marks, EVERY MOMENT should be finished in very detail.

    In all higher grades, examiner will look at your technique (Improving your posture and weight placement, maintain quality of your works and good use of space, alignment, controlled landings in allegro...ALLEGRO要TRAVEL) and dance quality (Performance:

    Expression, communication)!

    Not only CORRECT or INCORRECT 不是淨係記得點做!

    RAD VOCATIONAL GRADES 好注重TECHNIQUE﹗

    D 動作要細緻D乾淨D﹗

    記得記得要 PULL UP﹗

    LIFT TORSO 挺胸﹗

    LIFT THIGHS 大腿肌肉﹗

    有我想問轉圈點先可以轉得好0的?

    要有STRONG RELEVES﹐WEIGHT TRANSFER TO SUPPORT LEG﹐PULL-UP CONTROL FROM CENTRE﹐VERY ATTACK 用頭FLIP﹐眼FOCUS。手要KEEP住配合﹐ARM 3RD。。 OPEN TO 2ND﹐2ND ARM CLOSE SOONER IN FIRST POSITION﹗

    有STRONG ANKLES﹐多練RELEVES﹗﹗

    TURN OUT好緊要﹐用INNER THIGH 大腿內則HOLD 住﹗TIGHTEN HIP位﹗

    練INNER THIGH 大腿內則肌肉﹐用個大橡皮波放在兩腿中間﹐用大腿內則肌肉夾實﹐放鬆﹐夾實﹐收緊PAT PAT呀~
