Whether it's Limewire, Bearshare, Aries or whatever it IS ILLEGALto dl copyrighted music, video, games and programs from p2p networks, regardless of whether you profit it from it or not The only place to get free music downloads are some smaller sites who's artists allow to the music to be shared for advertising.

Once the Music Industry is done suing all the College campuses they will be going after the end users with HEAVY fines per download. If you don't believe me ask all the old Direct TV pirates. They got hammered.

Also, giving a donation and becoming a "subscriber" does NOT make it legal. The music industry is getting none of those $$$ just the Limewire people. If you thought subscribing made it legal you are sorely mistaken.

limewire is a totally free music downloadable site they do not charge a fee for this service all they ask for is a modest donation of $18.88 subscription fee to help continue with the on going of this site.
