Lyme disease is a multi-system disease, which can affect many different parts of the body. Complicating things is that fact that often the tick bite transmits more than just Lyme--people may unknowingly be suffering from various co-infections, such as babesia, erlichiosis, and bartonella. (There are others as well.) Lyme and/or co-infections can indeed cause the various lab values that you mention, and you may have other things going on in your body as well (a reaction to environmental pollutants, or toxic molds, or any number of other issues) that make it difficult to tease out precisely what is causing one particular symptom.
I assume you are suffering from various debilitating symptoms, and you are having trouble figuring out what's causing them. I suggest you find yourself a doctor affiliated with ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society). A good way to do that is to go to lymenet.com and post a request on their "seeking a doctor" forum. I also suggest you educate yourself on the subject. Here are some places to get started: ilads.org, lymediseaseassociation.org, lymeinfo.net, betterhealthguy.com, publichealthalert.org. Good luck!
