What's a good golf handicap?
I think mine is between 25-30 ( I know that's not very good but I only play once or twice a week in the summer).

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.
You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

single digit handicappers are considered the top 25 percent of golfers. under a 5 is playing in your club championship and being in contention. being a scratch golfer, "0", is a competitive amateur, but most amateurs who play national tournaments have "plus" handicaps. this means you are under a zero. it is shown as +.9 or +3.5, but these are only great high school and college players. if tiger had an index, it would be about +8

A good golf handicap is something you can shoot. If you are a 10, you can shot 8 to 12 over without much hitch.
everytime you shoot even your handicap it means you are good and wathc next month it will be a stroke or 2 lower.
in terms of real handicap numbers. for me, i would say 12 to 14 is good handicap. It is a betting handicap.

10 and over. If it gets better than that you might think you can turn pro and golf will become a job rather than fun.
