The CONspiracy getting deeper with Valerie Plame ?
A federal judge dismissed former CIA operative Valerie Plame's lawsuit against members of the Bush administration Thursday, eliminating one of the last courtroom remnants of the leak scandal.
John D. Bates has a history of being a Bush/GOP lapdog, not to mention he is appointed by John Roberts in 2006. He was also was involved in the investigation into Clinton's sex life. Is it mere coincidence that Plame's cases landed in his lap ?
Nothing is coincidence....this is just more icing on the CONspiracy cake, and it's painfully obvious our trust in our leaders and the system of justice as a whole...is extremely misplaced.

U.S. District Judge John D. Bates dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds and said he would not express an opinion on the constitutional arguments.
In other words, it was filed in the wrong court and needs to be filed in the correct court, there is no decision or reflection on the constitutional grounds of the complaint.

So you didn't like the judge's ruling.
That makes one of us angry, I guess.
If we have to put up with Jesse Jackson, you have to put up with John D. Bates.
