Oracle vs SAP - which is best for an HR Department?
IT set up a demonstration of the Oracle/HR module which appeared to provide standard and practical processes for HR course of actions. I'm only familiar with PeopleSoft, and a little familiar with SAP. Peoplesoft is not an option.

Our company just switched from PeopleSoft to SAP.

i would go for Oracle ... cause Oracle has a good chance of implementing a good amount of refining which they are doing till now after acquiring PeopleSoft..
