My left eye is stronger then my right eye as well. With glasses, my vision in my left eye is perfect, but in the right eye it's still blurry. But my left eye takes more of the weight, and helps me see fine.
This is pretty much pernament and is really a little problem, unless your eye is so lazy that it is really noticeable.
There are options to correct this though:
Laser eye surgery. It's a operation that makes your eyes so 20/20 without glasses. Haven't really looked into it.
The Patch. You put a patch over your left eye, which makes your right eye work harder, therefore getting strength to see better. When I was little my doctor told me to do this, but I hated it and never did it. Now I'm older and still with a lazy right eye, but I'm healthy.
I would talk to your doctor about the patch and if it will still work at your age.
