Activesync does not detect my nokia e62, how can I fix this?

    Check the data cable or cradle mode of your phone. Most phones have 2 modes, modem & file and folder. If it's in file and folder mode, your computer will see the available memory as a removable hard drive but ActiveSynch will probably fail. Switch to modem mode and it should work. See your phone's docs for how to make the switch.

    Also, make sure that ActiveSynch is installed on your computer.
