is Cystic Fibrosis communicable?

Cystic Fibrosis = the most common congenital disease; the child's lungs and intestines and pancreas become clogged with thick mucus; caused by defect in a single gene; no cure is known.

No. CF is genetic. Meaning that it is transferred by the genes of the parents. Communicable means that you can catch it by air, contact, so on....which does not apply to CF.
