Can i get more muscle (chest, arms, not legs) by using a cross-trainer, or will that just improve my stamina?
I have one of these at home. It's a skiing cross-trainer (i think!). Any answers would be much appreciated.

you will need to incorporate some weight training in your routine to build any muscle, there is really no other way, the cross trainer will be very helpful with cardio training and some fat loss but extremely little if any muscle gain.
