How to unite India ?

Unite is a bad term because no nation will ever be completely united. This is a good thing, it shows diversity. Especially India, which has so many political parties, religious groups (Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs, christians, etc.) I think the state of the Indian government has its flaws but there is no way to unite the people to fix them.
