From Tools Menu, Internet Options, Clear history.

Click your start button on the bottom right of your desk top, then click on Control Panel...Click Internet Options, then under the General Tab click the Delete Button...then click Delete History, that will erase all the websites you have visited.

    Startmenu>Run

    Type "regedit"

    Press Ok

In the foldersystem on the left

    My Computer>HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Internet Explorer>TypedURLs

So theres the list of URLs you typed

Just modify the ones you dont want to something else. Or you can just delete the key.

Remember to use the right click or the edit menu on the filemenu.
