Is this a good ab workout?

I do 45 of 10 different ab exercises every night. (For example, 45 crunches, etc...)

    It's a good workout but keep pushing yourself. When you think you've done all you can, try to do more. That is how many you should do for a really good workout. There is no exact number that fits anyone.

    Only if you're using proper form. Try slowing down and concentrating on the negative resistance in your abs. It's better to do 10 good ones than 45 crappy ones.

  • Well, whatever you do, try to vary it so your body can't adjust. Never do the same work-out, is what I'm saying.
