how much do i run for crosscountry?
Well i want to be in crosscountry. I'm in goodshape. But i still think i need to run more. so how much should i run? or is their another exercise i can do to get good at it?

The best way to get good at running is to run. You should mix up endurance runs, interval work and some shorter faster runs. See if there may be a running club nearby you could join or consider getting an online coach who can tailor a specific workout routine to fit your fitness and goals.
Then when you get tired of running you can come back into the cycling forum here and ask about how to get good at riding.
