I need help finding a lasagna recipe as I can remember some of the ingredients are:

Minced Garlic

Heavy Cream

Ricotta Cheesse

Parmesan Cheese

Mozzerela Cheese

thats all I can remember and you mix the cheese with the heavy cream

    2 tbsp. cooking oil

    3/4 c. chopped onion

    2 cloves garlic

    3/4 lbs. ground beef

    3 1/2 c. tomatoes

    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

    2 tsp. salt

    2 tsp. oregano

    1/4 tsp. black pepper

    12 oz. lasagna noodles or other broad noodles

    1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese

    2 c. coarsely shredded cheddar cheese

    3/4 c. coarsely shredded cheddar cheese

    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    Heat oil in large heavy saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Add ground beef and cook until meat is brown. Mash tomatoes. Add to ground meat mixture. Stir in tomato paste, salt, oregano and black pepper. Simmer about 2 hours, or until sauce is thick.

    Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Rinse lasagna with cool water until noodles are cool enough to handle; drain. Lightly grease a 9"x13" pan. Arrange 1/3 of the noodles in pan; cover with 1/3 of meat sauce, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers twice. Bake in moderate oven, 340 degrees, for 40 minutes. Serve at once. This food freezes well.

    Try this

    2lbs hamburger

    1lb Italian sausage

    2 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

    2 Tablespoon garlic

    1 Tablespoon crushed red pepper

    2 large cans tomato sauce

    2 boxes no boil noodles

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1 tub ricotta cheese

    2-3 cup pack mozzarella cheese

    1 cup Parmesan cheese

    2 eggs

    cook meat until done, drain add sauce and spices

    simmer about 20 minutes, while simmering mix 1 pack of mozzarella, cream, Parmesan, ricotta and eggs.

    start by layering noodles in glass bake pan cover with sauce then sprinkle a couple handful of cheese mixture on top. repeat three times ending with cheese then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

    Bake at 400 for 1 hour

    I've got a lasagne recipe that tastes awesome and will keep you skinny. It tastes so yummy, and the cottage cheese melts so creamy that you don't even notice that there's no cream etc:

    Slim Girls Lasagne Recipe


    1 tbsp olive oil

    500g lean ground beef

    1 medium onion

    2 cloves garlic

    2 tsp tomato paste

    400g crushed tinned tomatoes

    1 grated carrot

    1 cup shredded silverbeet/or spinach (optional)

    1 bay leaf

    1 cup low fat cottage cheese

    1/2 cup low fat mozerella cheese

    1/2 cup beef stock

    1/4 tsp dried basil

    1/2 tsp dried oregano

    1 packet instant lasagne sheets

    You may add 1/4 cup of red wine if you wish

    Salt and Pepper to taste and 1 pinch of sugar if sour


    Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (moderate oven). Brown onion, garlic and beef for 5 minutes. Add carrot and stir for 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and tinned tomatoes. Add beef stock, bay leaf, oregano, basil, pinch salt and ground black pepper. Cover and simmer for 45minutes. Stir in low fat cottage cheese. Place 1/4 of sauce into bottom of lasagne dish, then begin alternating with lasagne sheets and sauce (just enough to cover each pasta layer). When near the top, finish with sauce only, and then sprinkle with low fat mozerella and top with sprinkles of extra oregano. Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes, or until a butter knife easily slides through the middle of the lasagne. Add a little more mozerella immediately so that it will melt nicely. Bon appetite
