While you can't spot reduce, you can tone up. Swimming is a great exercise to tone your stomach. Try swimming 2 or 3 times a week. If you are not used to swimming start with 4or 5 laps and build your stamina gradually.
You lose stomach fat the same way you lose any fat. Since you are asking about stomach fat, I will assume you are not severely over weight.
Try taking a 30 minute walk every day. Cut out fried foods and alcohol and soft drinks, too. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and lean meat, chicken and fish. Eat whole grains cereals and breads You should see results by the end of July.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce, meaning you can't only lose weight from your stomach without losing it everywhere else first. How long that takes depends on how often and how vigorously you exercise along with what your daily intake is.
Cut some calories, make healthier choices, and exercise and you'll lose that belly fat in no time.
