Reliefing exam stress??
Any good ways to relief stress before the exam without forgetting everything you've studied/cramp???

Put some dance music on, exercise a little. Also if you study with classical music, your brain will remember things easier.
just exercise or get your blood moving for a few minutes and it'll relief the stress.

Deep breathing exercise coupled with sound sleep. Also, meals at regular intervals.
