What is hari covert?
I'm attending a wine dinner and listed on the menu is roasted chicken breast served with whipped potato, hari covert and served with red pepper coulis. I have never heard of hari covert. Does anyone know what it is?

I found this spelling on my office cafeteria's Thanksgiving dinner menu and pointed it out the to new food services manager. He told me it was the correct spelling and he'd been doing it that way for 20 years!
