What would be the significance in answering a question you might disagree with - by calling to attention?
- the date the asker's account began ? What , if anything would that have to do with any question - or is that being done now , to try and invalidate the question - in an effort to stiffle opposing views ? I just happened to see such an answer ; and have seen that sort of thing happen before . Why do you suppose ?

People get defensive about having little basis for their opinions and will invent reasons why the opposing views are invalid - this could easily include something like "what do you know, you've only been here 5 minutes!"
Then again, it might come from suspicion that the person is really someone who has been on before with a different account. I've read descriptions of people having multiple accounts for the purpose of giving themselves "Best Answers" and so forth.

What's the significance to any of this. Nothing will be changed by anything asked or answered in here.
