Does anyone know about combined catalytic reactions?

Don't enzyme-substrate reactions feature a transition state with an intermediate species?

    this question is more appropriate for the bio category. the short answer is yes, all reactions (and i do mean all) have a transition state and all of them have intermediates. however, intermediates can be isolatable (yes, i made that word up) or too unstable to be separated from the mixture.
