256MB is the minumum but 512MB is my recommended for system memory.

It will use 128MB worth of space on the system memory technically but you really want MORE system memory for the computer to breathe in DATA easily. If you don't have enough system memory, the computer will run slowing and allow data to work longer than usual.

If you are asking how much RAM you need, the answer is always the more you have the better things are. If you want the minium system requirements Microsoft states 128
