Is Cheney hiding guilt for criminal charges, later on?

He declared he is not part of, or legally responsible for executive decisions. Something stinks!

yeah his response has all of the dignity of a coward trying to run away from someone who twitches a chair down in the path of those pursuing him.

it's preposterous - if cheney's office is part of the executive branch's BUDGET (which they are) then he is restricted by the LAWS governing that branch of govt.

i really don't know why the news media has not seized on this item as a real news item and a real problem for the nation.

basically we have a lawless fanatic for vice president - and no one cares...

Yea well I posted a similar question. Bush apparantly claimed the same. If they aren't part of the executive branch, then they shouldn't be taking funding for the executive branch.
