The first movie which comes to mind is Thr3e.
Thr3e is a little mixture between Hide and Seek (with Robert De Niro) and Saw. It's really a good movie, but my advice would be to not put much thought into it after watching it. It's one of those movies where if you think about it, it ruins the movie b/c logic kicked in and things just didn't make sense.
The best movie I can recommend is "Identity". It's a very intriguing film to say the least and I really wish more movies were like it.
Just Like Heaven (It's a romanic/comedy/fantasy). It was better than what I thought it would be.
A few other suggestions would be:
The Lake House
Hearts in Atlantis - This was an exceptionally good film
Here On Earth
People Under The Stairs

Welcome to the Dollhouse
Ringu 1 & 2

I couldn't be bothered reading your whole list... but from what I did read I thought our tastes have a lot in common. So these are a few of my favourites, maybe you'll like them as well.
Natural Born Killers
Lost and Delirious
V for Vendetta
The Princess Bride
The Fifth Element
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Dirty Pretty Things
Anyway, I could suggest more but I can't be bothered - and I'm sure this is more than you expected anyway.
I suggest if you want to research these you use IMDB.comSource(s): Here's the link to IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/
