A fox body Mustang with a 5.0 and 5 speed is quick and somewhat reasonable on insurance. I don't think you are going to find what you want personally.

When it comes time for renewal automobile insurance is a no brainer way to save a lot of money. You can get a quick estimate online they always give you multiple prices. I tell my friends about http://www.save-finder.net/

Cheap on insurance and fast? I think that's a oxymoron.

Get yourself a 90-92 Miata...they are fun, fast, sleek, and in your range....and they are not bad on insurance.
