What are some things to look for when buying a bowling ball?
Update:
I know what weight I need. just don't know what type of ball. Brand wise does it really make a difference?

well the best you can get is a particle bowling ball next best is resin reactive.. i have the latter..but i plan to get a particle ball ..the brand really makes some difference but not much..all particle balls has awesome hiting power...brunswick and ebonite are the best 2 brands and after that storm i would also recomend

A store where bowling balls are sold would be the very first thing.

Weight you're comfortable with, the grip your'e comfortable with, the design and color, and of course your budget
