How is the UNHRC(United Nations Human Rights Council) helping protect Human Rights?

It would be good if you could answer in points and elaborate your answer a bit

    They do lots diplomatically to get international places to sign assorted conventions on human rights. If international places sign and then violate those conventions they could be held responsible by sanctions or armed forces action. however, the UNHRC have not got an self sufficient enforcement military b/c all UN forces are made up of member countries' militaries. So if all of us is unhappy with reference to the UN no longer having the flexibility to end issues that is b/c their international places are no longer keen to furnish the help for it.
