According to the British investigative medical journalist, Phillip Day, in his book "The Truth About HIV" this virus does NOT exist.
He claims the so-called virus has never been proven to exist, and a well-publicized illustration of the virus is just a computer simulation of what scientists speculate the virus would look like if they could ever find it.
He seems to be suggesting that the hunt for the HIV virus is a massive hoax perpetrated by big pharma on an unsuspecting world population, which has to be kept in continual fear in order to keep it under control.
My own conditioning, as a humble and loyal UK citizen for numerous years and a UK military veteran, leads me to conclude that Phillip Day's book is a conspiracy theorist's fantasy. Rather like I consider claims that Americans never landed on the moon, but filmed the Apollo missions on a movie set.
But how would I know the real truth about Apollo missions or HIV research? As the Spanish waiter (Manuel) used to say in the British comedy series Fawlty Towers, "I know nothing".
Can somebody point me toward some real, direct evidence that HIV exists, rather than research and HIV test procedures based on the work of Dr Robert Gallo.
I have a neutral "the jury is out" point of view because I am not satisfied with banal remarks like "of course HIV exists". No doubt this will attract more freakin' thumbs down, most likely from the Quack Watch Claque, for exercising my right of free speech. Bring it on!
