退貨問題...國貿英文高手請幫幫我.

天ㄚ..請幫幫我 國外客戶要退貨…請幫幫我 我們沒有碰過這種問題..

關於退貨問題,首先我們想要進一步了解是因為產品使用上有問題,還是這些產品在當地市場上沒有吸引力.這些是我們想要了解的.以後我們會針對當地市場來進行研究,以符合當地市場需求.希望你們能多提供你們的意見.

而我們討論過後,我們同意可將這些產品退回台灣,但是有以下兩點

1.我們只能以產品金額的百分之五十價格退款給貴公司.因為我們也有庫存上的銷售壓力.

2.運費方面,我們希望能平均分擔.

3.退款部分是希望在下一張訂單中扣款還是以匯款方式給你們,請指示.

4.我們很期待你的新訂單,若有任何問題,我們保持聯絡.

    在我開始翻譯之前,建議您做一點準備工作

    1) 這交易 有沒有任何 法律文件 / 訂單 / 合同 條款規定適用於這類情況(退貨)? 如果有,則仔細地讀條目 并且 以它們為主要 依據。 Is there any legal documents such as P.O. or other contract with clauses covering return merchandise. If yes, read them carefully and use them as guideline.

    2) 如果沒有適用的 法律 條款, 則 根據慣例 If no, then follow the custom.

    3) 是否願接受退貨? 好處/損失? 不接受退貨 是否有負面的影響 (損壞公司名譽或損害顧客關係) Does company willing to accept the return? What are the advantages/disadvantages? If you refuse to accept the return, the negative effects are damaging business reputation, hurting customer relationship...

    4) 運費/Insurance - Especially, If you already pay for the freight to the customer. Normally, it's customer's responsibility to ship back return merchandise.

    5) Resale-ability: Are products damaged? Opened? Defective?

    6) Restocking fee - not too high or too low

    7) other processing fees

    8) Refund method - apply to next order!

    Regarding your recent request of returning merchandise, first, we would like to further understand if they are defective, have usability problems or they are just not attractive to the local market.

    After our internal discussion, we will accept your return back to Taiwan with following conditions:

    1) There will be a 50% restocking fee. Your return do add additional pressure to our inventory.
