First trade: He obviously wants to beef up his Home Run numbers, so make sure you have enough power in your line-up before you do this trade, otherwise you will be falling short on HR's every night. I mean, you'd be giving up Holliday and Pena, while even though Cruz can give you some power, he'd have to do a lot to make up for losing those two. The other three could go either way this year. I think that out of Helton, Polanco and Haren, the one that is most likely to have the best year out of those three is Polanco, but he won't give you much power. Second trade: That would be a fair trade for Pujols IF the rest of the other person's team was a bunch of nobodies. But if he had comparable players to what you're offering at the other positions, then I would say he's right not to give up Pujols. Good luck trying to get him!
