why do i get stomach aches when i smoke?? i cant understand it.

you can always quit, maybe that's your punishment for doing it in the first place.

your probably getting a little of the smoke down into your stomach. As for the light headedness, that is from your veins constricting because of the nicotine.

I have always heard ciggaretes are a natural laxative. When I used to smoke it made me have to "go".

maybe you have an ulcer?? I think smoking can cause ulcers.
