Does anybody know any reaction exercises???

you know, exercises that make you spam, please......only nice, direct, and helpful answers. tnx.

    Reaction exercises can be done by adding a human element like someone spontaneously giving directions like forward backward right or left by pointing while doing shuffling drills, or sprint drills on the agility ladder and have to make a decision on which way to cut by pointing left or right at the last second. You could also use a "reaction ball" a super-ball with different sized bounces weird and you have to react to it.

    In addition you should do plyometrics to increase power and your fast twitch muscle fibers.
