Colombia – The precipitation is varied depending where in the country you are. I could not find the average annual precipitation for the country. All site just gave for particular cities or general information.
Heaviest rains occur along the Pacific coast and in parts of eastern Colombia [over 7600 mm / year].
There are other areas in the eastern section that receive only 2540 mm
The highest average annual precipitation in the world is estimated to be in Lloro, Colombia, with 13,299 mm . Lloro is near the coast.
Great Britain, England, Scotland and Wales, is somewhat the same. England was the only country where the annual amount of precipitation was given.
