health tips.......?

well i'm looking to become more healthy with my life and my habits. I'm not trying to loose weight just be healthy. Any water tips or ways to avoid the unhealthy foods? ....also any fun activities or workouts?.....once again i'll remind you i'm not looking to loose weight just become healthy =]

    Eat healthy, no fast food or junk food, and remain active !

    A little exercise (30 mins) everyday is all you need.
