Why would Hillary vote to go to war without reading the information provided first?

Hillary admitted voting to go to war without bothering to read the National Intelligence Estimate.

Clinton acknowledged an assertion reportedly contained in one of the books: that she did not read a National Intelligence Estimate before voting to authorize the president to go to war in Iraq.

"I don't believe that I did or that vast majority of my colleagues did because we were briefed repeatedly about everything that was in it," she said.

Was it not important enough to her? How can she claim she was duped if she didn't bother to read the information? Hillary doesn't care enough about Americans to even bother to read what she is voting on.

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members...

It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."

Hillary now claims that she was "duped" The story never stops changing She now claims that the WH told her that the vote wasn't about authorising war And of course her supporters lapp it all up Hillary has a deeply flawed character It is impossible for her to admit mistakes or errors This is why she is always cut in her webs of lies If she does become President, this flaw in her character will be her ultimate undoing and will probably result in her impeachment and subsequent removal from office.

She did read it. She knew everything. The problem arose when the political climate changed. When the war became unpopular, she had to change her position because she has no moral center on which to base herself. She determines her position based on the poles of the day, and therefore, will never have a rock-solid position on everything. This is true of most ultra-leftist politicians.

    it's POLITICS!!!

If a poll came out showing that the American public wanted to see her in a clown costume, she'd do her next debate in a red nose and big shoes. She did what she thought was going to garner her the most support among the public and her colleagues.

None of our legislators read what they vote on. That's why so much garbage and unConstitutional laws get passed. Go to the links below and then contact your legislator.

All the more reason to not vote for her as president.

And a lot of them didn't read the reports before voting for the war.

Their ignorance is definitely not a good excuse.
