Whats best Honda VFR 400 or RVF 400?

Just wonderin if anyone can help me out, i will soon be 17 and am doing my full cat A license. for those that dont no it restricts you to 33 bhp for 2 years. and i was interested in buying a honda vfr 400 and restricting it to 33 bhp. but then saw the honda rvf 400 which looks identical apart from the headlights. there is about £500 difference in price on autotrader but i want to know if anyone knows anything else about these bikes thanks rick.

I don't really know much, but they rated the 1992 VFR 400 R better then the 1996 RVF 400 RT, but the 96 RVF better then the 1991 VFR 400 R. Way more info in the following links. I would post a link that compares them both, but it has to be done manually here:
