Court records?

In the state of Mo you can get on the internet and look up anyone who has even done anything illegal while in the state by going to http://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do and typing in their name. Do other states have Similar websites and what are they?

In illinois you can find sexual predators in the area with a zip code. you can also find inmates that are serving time or on active parole with the offense new and old thru the corrections department. As far as what you are speaking of it sounds a little out there to me. What if it was a case of mistaken identity that you were arressted for do they remove that person's name when they realize it or do they just list the arrests like a police blotter in the paper and it does not matter that you were found innocent.
