    Fiona has sent 5pcs of rework to you (which was free of charge, please see attached file),

    We are kindly asking for the payment/balance of factory/manufacturer is trying to collect of

    the fee/cost for those 5pcs.

    Regarding the PO1002715 that had been cancelled on Mar 7, 2006, Fiona did forward 5pcs of reworked products to you on Mar 17, 2006.Although they could be free of charge then, please refer to the documents attached, unfortunately the manufacture asks us now to pay for the 5pcs, we can not help asking payment from you.

    Meanwhile, we apologize to you for the inconvenience caused.

    Hi Steve,

    About PO1002715, we understand that it was cancelled on 07 March 2006. But what I need to explain is Fiona did send 5 reworked pcs to you on 17 March 2006 and it was free of charge. (Please see the attachment) The supplier (manufacturer) is asking the payment from us. Therefore, we have to ask the payable amount from you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Regarding the PO munber is 1002715, althought you have already cancelled on Mar, 7, 2006, but that Fiona still had sent 5 pic free of charge to you on Mar. 17, 2006, please kindly refer to the attachment. Now our vendor has charge for 5 pcs to us, so that we have to apology for bring you additional work.

    Although the PO1002715 has been cancelled ,Fiona has already mailed 5pc reworked products to you . Judging from my experience, Those products should be free charge. please take a look at the attached file.

    Due to bad communication, the manufacture asks us to pay for it. so It will be charged on you.

    For PO1002715, well noted that you cancelled it on 3/7/2006, but on the same day Fiona sent 5 pcs reworked to you(FOC, please find attachment). Now the vendor asked us to pay for it, therefore we forwarded this to you, please arrange the payment asap and we are sorry for any inconvenience that may caused you.
