Mobile Home Financing?

Is there a company that will allow someone with not so good credit to assume a loan on a mobile home. The present owner is moving out of state and we would like to purchase their mobile home

If you are assuming the loan, it would be with whoever they had it financed with. That may be your best option anyway. A lot of companies do not write mobile home loans. I would talk to whoever they have their loan with first. If you can assume the loan, that may save you thousands in interest.

    Good luck.

It will probably depend on how "not so good" your credit is. You might start by talking to the bank that currently has the mobile home financed. Otherwise, just start calling around to local banks & lenders and ask if they finance mobile homes and then explain your situation.

all your doing having quite a few places pull your credit is reducing your score with the quantity of inquiries making it much extra stable to get your very own loan and in case you do no longer qualify then sit down lower back and shop up a 10% or extra valuable down fee and discover out what to repair on your credit record (your entitled to a replica because of the fact which you have been denied credit) besides, count selection your reward - there is not any cellular abode properly worth it extremely is fee properly worth buying - buying a cellular house is like throwing money away - it depreciates in fee over 10% the minute it comes off the lot - wait shop and purchase a usual abode
