regarding othello, 'she is abused,stol'n from me and corrupted' are these past tense verbs or adjectives?

    Adjectives, since predicate adjectives follow linking verbs, such as "is," and refer back or modify the subject, in this case "she." Hope this was helpful. B'shalom...

    Adjectives. The grammar rule is when "is, was, or will be" are used prior to "-ed" words, they are in the adjective form, and are not verbs.
